Fill the pot with water, add two spoons of detergent and two spoons of vinegar. When the water boils, pour out the water and wash it once. Just clean it. Put the newly purchased stainless steel pot on the fire and rub it back with the fat pork skin on the heated pot. Remember not to be lazy. Rub all the pots until the meat is thin. One of them can be boiled.


Due to the good thermal conductivity of stainless steel pot, please avoid cooking in high fire. Only when the pot is fully preheated can it play its physical non stick characteristics. If the important link of "preheating of the pot with medium and small heat for 15-20 seconds" is missing in the use process, pour the oil directly, and only preheat the oil, without the preheat of the pot.


When frying, make sure to put oil in and turn down the heat when you start frying. When the frying dish is hard and non sticky, you can turn it back and forth. You can also turn the fire up a little bit.


The best pots need maintenance. After each use, it should be thoroughly cleaned and dried to avoid food grease residue, and warm water has better effect. The cleaning tools can be sponge, cleaning cloth and cleaning agent (avoid using corrosive cleaning agent), avoid using hard cleaning tools such as steel wire ball, and avoid damaging the pot body due to improper operation.


Avoid the use of decontamination powder and other items to clean the pot, which will cause the brightness of the mirror surface to become dark and old. If the food with starch precipitation adheres to the bottom of the pot, please soak it in warm water until it is soft and clean it.
